We do not under any circumstances hire sitters who do drugs! We have a strict no drug policy. Drug free is the way to be!
To be hired as a babyoober Express sitter, they must possess a clean background check, clean drug test, comply with no alcohol consumption while working, have a kid friendly dress code and attitude, keep the interest and safety of the child first, have the ability to listen and empathize, follow rules, procedures, drivers must have a clean driving record and we look for and select trustworthy candidates that are positive, upbeat, love themselves and love caring for kids.
Sitters must behave properly, have a friendly attitude, and follow all rules parents outline for them at all times! If any of these terms are violated, it will be grounds for immediate termination, we do not accept less than the best from our sitters!
